Long Beach Island Trailer Park is on a southeastern coastal island of New Jersey. The park has been open since 1955, and is open year round. The beach is directly across the street from the park. There are many community activities near Long Beach Island Trailer Park, including fishing tournaments and arts and crafts shows. Cape May Crossing Mobile Home Park is in Cape May, America's oldest seaside resort town. The town is famous for its bird watching and several Victorian era buildings.
