The manufactured homes in the community have 4,000-square-foot lots, and each home must be at least 980 square feet. Each lot comes with off-street parking and utilities. The community does not have an age restriction, and does not allow residents to sublet their homes. Pets are allowed, with several breed and size restrictions.

    Long Beach Island Trailer Park is on a southeastern coastal island of New Jersey. The park has been open since 1955, and is open year round. The beach is directly across the street from the park. There are many community activities near Long Beach Island Trailer Park, including fishing tournaments and arts and crafts shows. The park has daily boat trips to Atlantic City, and has easy access to New York and Pennsylvania. There are both new and used mobile homes for sale in the park. Rent includes sewer, water and trash collection.

Cape May Crossing Mobile Home Park

    Cape May Crossing Mobile Home Park is in Cape May, America's oldest seaside resort town. The town is famous for its bird watching and several Victorian era buildings. The town has several events in the summer, including fishing tournaments and surfing. The park is open year round, and is within walking distance of the oceanfront. It is an adult-only retirement community for residents over the age of 55. The homes are larger than standard single-wide trailers, and the lawns must be well kept. Homes are available for purchase and renting.

    Cape May Mobile Estates is between the Cape May and Wildwood resort towns on the southern New Jersey Peninsula. The community is two miles from downtown Cape May, the oceanfront and several shopping centers. It is an adult community for seniors over the age of 55. Pets are not allowed. The rent includes on-street parking for up to two vehicles, as well as trash, water and sewer services. The community also provides recycling separation and snowplowing in the winter. The community does not allow subletting of mobile homes.
